1. Who We Are

ImgPace (imgpace.com) is a free, browser-based image toolkit operated for the benefit of Indian students and job applicants. For questions or concerns, contact us at imgpace@caredteam.com.

2. Image & File Data

Your images are never uploaded to our servers. All image processing (compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, PDF generation) happens entirely within your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and local JavaScript. When you close the browser tab, all image data is automatically discarded.

We have no access to, and do not store, any images or files you use with ImgPace.

3. Analytics Data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data, including:

• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
• General geographic region (country/city level)
• Referring website (how you arrived at ImgPace)

This data is used solely to understand how visitors use the tool and to improve it. It does not include your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. Google Analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

ImgPace may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar advertising networks. These services may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing behaviour. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ad Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.

5. Cookies

ImgPace stores one preference in your browser's localStorage: your dark/light theme choice (imgpace-theme). This is not a cookie and is not sent to any server.

Google Analytics and advertising partners may set their own cookies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-Party Services

ImgPace loads the following third-party scripts to provide functionality:

• Google Fonts – Font delivery (fonts.googleapis.com)
• Google Analytics – Usage analytics (googletagmanager.com)
• JSZip (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) – ZIP file generation
• jsPDF (cdn.jsdelivr.net) – PDF generation

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share any personal data with them beyond what is collected through standard browser requests.

7. Children's Privacy

ImgPace is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at imgpace@caredteam.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ImgPace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
