1. Who We Are

ImgPace (imgpace.com) is a free, browser-based image toolkit operated for the benefit of Indian students and job applicants. For questions or concerns, contact us at imgpace@caredteam.com.

2. Image & File Data

Your images are never uploaded to our servers. All image processing (compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, PDF generation) happens entirely within your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and local JavaScript. When you close the browser tab, all image data is automatically discarded.

We have no access to, and do not store, any images or files you use with ImgPace.

3. Analytics Data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data, including:

• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
• General geographic region (country/city level)
• Referring website (how you arrived at ImgPace)

This data is used solely to understand how visitors use the tool and to improve it. It does not include your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. Google Analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Consent controls: We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you press Accept All on our cookie banner, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied — no analytics cookies are placed. If you press Decline, the analytics script is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

ImgPace may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar advertising networks to keep the tools free. These services may use cookies (including the Google advertising cookie) to serve ads, measure ad performance, and — only if you have consented — show personalised ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ad Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

ImgPace itself stores only small preferences in your browser's localStorage — none of these are sent to any server:

• imgpace-theme — your dark/light theme choice
• imgpace-cookie-consent — whether you accepted or declined cookies

Google Analytics and advertising partners may set their own cookies only after you accept on the consent banner. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, or clear cookies from your browser settings.

6. Your Rights (India DPDP Act & GDPR)

ImgPace is designed so that we hold no personal data about you — your images never leave your device and we keep no accounts or logs tied to you. To the extent India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU GDPR applies to analytics or advertising data collected by our partners, you have the right to access, correct, or erase that data and to withdraw consent. Because such data is held by Google, the fastest route is Google's privacy controls; you can also contact us and we will assist.

7. Third-Party Services

ImgPace loads the following third-party scripts to provide functionality:

• Google Fonts – Font delivery (fonts.googleapis.com)
• Google Analytics – Usage analytics (googletagmanager.com), consent-gated
• JSZip (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) – ZIP file generation
• jsPDF (cdn.jsdelivr.net) – PDF generation

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share any personal data with them beyond what is collected through standard browser requests.

8. Children's Privacy

ImgPace is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at imgpace@caredteam.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ImgPace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
